1. Overview By joining the MOKS CARE LTD Community Ambassador Program ("Program"), you agree to abide by these terms. The Program allows approved individuals to introduce clients to MOKS CARE LTD in exchange for a referral reward.

2. Eligibility & Approval You must be at least 18 years old and successfully registered as an official Ambassador via our website application. MOKS CARE LTD reserves the right to approve or reject any applicant at its sole discretion.

3. Referral & Payout Conditions

• Qualifying Referral: To qualify for a reward, the referred client must contract and maintain care services with MOKS CARE LTD, using your unique tracking code or link during initial intake.

• ​Reward Amount: Ambassadors will receive a one-time referral bonus ranging between £300 and £500 (depending on the specific care package type agreed upon).

• Payment Window: The reward will be paid out 30 days after the referred client's care contract officially commences, provided the care agreement remains active and accounts are in good standing.

4. Ethical & Legal Conduct

• Privacy & GDPR: You must respect client privacy. You cannot share sensitive personal or medical data with MOKS CARE LTD without the explicit, documented consent of the client or their legal guardian.

• No Misrepresentation: Ambassadors are independent referrers, not official clinical spokespersons. You must not make false medical claims or guarantees regarding care services on behalf of MOKS CARE LTD.

5. Program Modification & Termination

• MOKS CARE LTD reserves the right to modify, pause, or cancel this Program or an individual's participation at any time if fraudulent activity, spamming, or unethical promotion is suspected.
